Salary: Our salaries generally range from $ 73,555.31 to $ 91,944.14 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role
Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team, in the Release Coordinator (Environment Management) position.  In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of release and environment management activities across technology initiatives.
You will be also responsible on operational coordination, tracking, and execution support to ensure that releases, deployments, and environment-related activities are delivered in a controlled, predictable, and well documented manner.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Coordinate release, deployment, and environment related activities across application, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of release schedules, cutover plans, and implementation timelines. 
  • Track release dependencies, milestones, risks, and readiness activities, escalating issues as required. 
  • Coordinate environment provisioning, refreshes, access requests, and readiness activities in alignment with delivery plans. 
  • Maintain visibility of environment availability, constraints, and usage across initiatives.
  • Support release governance and readiness activities, including CAB preparation, production readiness, and service introduction. 
  • Maintain release calendars, coordination logs, action trackers, and status reports, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a coordination point between delivery, operations, security, risk, and platform teams, ensuring clear communication of schedules, dependencies, and expectations.


What you should have:

 

  • A Post secondary education in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience can be considered.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project coordination, release coordination, change management, or service management.
  • Experience supporting technology delivery or operations in a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Exposure to release, deployment, or environment management activities across multiple teams.
  • Working knowledge of IT Service Management practices, particularly release and change.
  • Understanding of deployment, cutover, and production readiness concepts. 
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


It will be great if you also had:

 

  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT Service Management training, or project coordination / ITSM related certifications.
  • Exposure to enterprise release and environment management frameworks, including release calendars, environment strategies, and governance forums such as CAB. 
  • Experience supporting hybrid delivery models, including Agile, DevOps, and traditional project delivery. 
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments, including multi environment release strategies (e.g., development, test, pre production, production).
