About the role:
Join the Housing Programs team in the Senior Analyst, Client Relations position. In this role, acting as a junior account manager, you will establish and maintain strong business relationships with internal and externalclients while identifying opportunities for stronger partnerships with CMHC. ou will work with clients and make recommendations on how to improve processes to help us make housing affordable for everyone in Canada.


This is a temporary position of a duration of 18 months.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with housing providers that provide rental accommodations across thehousing spectrum from shelters to market housing.
  • Guide new and/or existing clients through CMHC's suite of programs which includes managing client expectations byproviding program information, responding to client inquiries in a timely fashion and assisting in packaging fundingapplications.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to support operational efficiency and a positive client experience.
  • Offer strategic insights by tracking, reviewing, and reporting on key performance indicators and provide advice,guidance on potential solutions and improvements.
  • Assist senior relationship managers, as needed, in managing complex and/or key client relationships.

 

What you should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Three years of experience in a similar role in real estate development or real estate finance.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting business and financial data for client, operations and market intelligence.
  • Experience developing existing and new relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • It would be great if you also had:
  • Familiarity with multi-unit construction and development.
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
