What you will need

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, finance and commerce.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in securitization.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others.
  • In-depth understanding of CMHC products and services, clients and market.
  • Sound analytical skills with demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize information to develop recommendations and provide advice.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills including negotiating skills.
  • Ability to deliver a persuasive, clear presentation of ideas that will convince others and to gain acceptance of proposals or plans.
  • Diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills critical.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Preparing, delivering and monitoring national strategic plans that are driven by corporate priorities.
  • Providing business intelligence and feedback to clients and/or senior management to resolve complex and sensitive issues in the achievement of corporate objectives in a competitive environment.
  • Supporting activities related to mortgage loan delivery and securitization process.
  • Providing regular guidance and interpretation to address policy and operational issues and program improvements.
  • Providing training and coaching to internal and/or external clients.
  • Encouraging the proactive sharing of information to build a cohesive awareness and understanding of clients' and participants' compliance issues and associated risks.
  • Developing and implementing a client relations management plan.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients at varying levels, taking into consideration their unique needs, challenges and circumstances.
  • Designing and implementing key tactics and initiatives directly through senior level client relationships.
  • Adapting strategies and plans according to corporate direction to meet expected key performance indicators and improve the client experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and initiatives aligned with client needs, issues management and risk assessments.
