Join the Business Solutions Engineering team in the Specialist, Software Engineering (SAP SuccessFactors) position, where the next generations of software applications are being developed to enable CMHC to achieve its mission. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative software solutions. You will act as a point of contact for all stakeholders in order to ensure business requirements are understood and met, all while supporting continuous improvement through CMHC’s SuccessFactors system.

 

What you'll do:  

  • Collaborate with the client community to determine their system needs, document the current and proposed business processes, and advise clients of the proposed solutions and their impacts.
  • Author technical specification documents and diagrams for new and existing solutions.
  • Design and implement the SAP SuccessFactors configuration according to business requirements, and adhering to best practices to deliver efficient and quality solutions.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with other applications, such as Microsoft D365 ERP and external providers using Boomi. 
  • Monitor, support and troubleshoot integration issues and participate in the testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated on new the SAP SuccessFactors features, best practices, and industry trends to continually improve system capabilities.

 

What you should have: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in SuccessFactors or Boomi.
  • Advanced skills in designing applications to meet business objectives and the ability to create and implement standards, best practices, and reference designs.
  • Proven experience in developing, deploying, and managing complex integrations and APIs using Boomi, as well as ensuring secure data and service interactions.
  • Strong experience with SuccessFactors modules such as EC, Time Management, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, CDP, RMK, and IAS.
  • Experience using Web Service APIs (REST SOAP), XML JSON, Integration Center, and SSO Setup.
  • A passion for technology and motivation that is driven by technical challenges and innovation, as well as a desire to continuously grow your expertise through learning and professional development.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment, with the ability to solve complex problems and engage in challenging projects.
  • Proven interpersonal, leadership and business competencies, including teamwork, facilitation, communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

 

It would be great if you also had: 

  • Boomi Professional Developer certification.
  • Certification in a SuccessFactors modules.
