About the role
Join the Technology and Business Transformation team, in the Bilingual Specialist, Change Management position. In this position, you will provide change management support to our Homeowner Business Transformation (HBT). You will also contribute to the advancement of organizational change management capability by promoting the value and role of change management across the organization.
This is a temporary position until December 2026.
What you’ll do:
- Apply the standard methodology to prepare, manage and sustain changes. Create and execute on change management plans, tactics, and actions as directed by the project and change leads.
- Collaborate and work within a dedicated change management team.
- Conduct analysis on current and future state environment to identify key findings and recommendations related to communications, training, and engagement activities.
- Prepare high quality and professionally designed training presentations, targeted communications and engagement content to support execution of change management plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver different types of sessions and training workshops for diverse internal and external audiences to build understanding and adoption of the change.
- Develop approaches to measure effectiveness and outcomes of implemented communications, training, and engagement.
- Offer recommendations to team members and Change Lead on best practices and targeted interventions that will manage resistance to change.
What you should have:
- An undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, technology, social or human sciences.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting change management on complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Change management certification (Prosci preferred).
- Experience developing targeted communications, training, and engagement content.
- A demonstrated experience developing, implementing and measuring change management strategies, plans and tactics, to effectively lead others through change.
- Advanced interpersonal, oral and written communication, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
It would be great if you also had:
- Strong presentation skills and passion for presenting and sharing knowledge with others, in English and French.
- Strong skills in creating professional presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- An agile mindset, and able to be flexible and adaptable to different situations and stakeholders’ needs, while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Knowledge of AI tools to develop content, presentations, and/or training materials.
