Specialist, Business Process (Position can be located anywhere in Canada)

Help make a difference for Canadians. CMHC’s aspiration is that by 2030, everyone in Canada has a home that they can afford and that meets their needs. All of our programs and activities support this singular goal.

Be part of an inclusive workplace. Diversity and Inclusion guides everything we do at CMHC. We’re taking concrete actions to eradicate racism and advance equity within CMHC and the housing system.

Join the Process Design and Optimization Team, which drives business process excellence across CMHC in an effort to maximize our outcomes for Canadians.  In this role you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to design new or re-engineer existing business processes.  By leading new program and process design, you will improve the quality and consistency of our client experience, and help ensure efficient delivery of our products and programs. You will also examine the company's most critical business processes to reduce process complexity and variability, improve interdependencies with other processes, and generate increased capacity for innovative housing affordability solutions. Both aspects of this role will include working in a high volume and fast-paced environment where you must be able to manage multiple projects that vary in size and complexity. By increasing employee adoption and usage of business processes, you will drive a return on investment for every engagement to enable CMHC to deliver on its strategic results.
