Salary: Our salaries generally range from $ 83038.35 to $ 103797.93 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role
Join the Process Design and Optimization team in the Business Transformation sector in the role of Specialist, Business Planning and Reporting. Your strong problem-solving, critical thinking and business analysis skills will support clients across the corporation understand and improve  their operations (business diagnostic), their performance and their service delivery to clients. 

 

This is a temporary position until June 2026.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide expert input on business performance to support the deployment of specific strategies and plans.
  • Obtain input from internal stakeholders and clients on issues and opportunities related to policies, products, services and/or systems.
  • Develop and maintain a structure for concise reporting of business plans to clients and/or management including the identification, development and implementation of measures, reports and dashboards while reviewing and maintaining data integrity.
  • Carry out a range of activities to develop an in-depth and ongoing understanding of critical business requirements, risks, gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide priority and focus to critical clients to ensure that relationships are strengthened and enhanced.
  • Build alliances and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Carry out support functions with the objective of materially improving business unit productivity levels as well as the customer and employee experience.
     

What you should have: 

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Business Administration and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in assessing and reporting business performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the dashboard, metrics, analysis, operating environment, trends and business.
  • Advanced ability to gather and analyze information, synthesize key elements, and summarize with recommendations.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan for and complete multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation, influencing, mentoring, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with peers, internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to assess different business risks and manage change.
     

It would be great if you also had:

  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification (Yellow Belt or above) or any other professional designation(s) in a related field.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • PowerBi, PowerApps, and Power Automate experience.
  • Microsoft Visio experience.
