Senior Analyst, Client Relations

Join the Securitization Operations Team. Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with internal and external clients and/or industry stakeholders, and identifies opportunities for stronger partnerships with CMHC. Works to address risk management and compliance matters, and guides, reviews and informs recommendations on how best to resolve client issues and effectively communicate tactics to achieve program goals.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Leads the effective resolution of a wide range of client issues by ensuring follow-through and providing a prompt response to client concerns.
  • Monitors risks of issues and compliance with program requirements by extracting critical issues for further analysis, reviewing key performance indicators and providing intelligence into the development of appropriate action.
  • Develops and maintains effective business relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Uses knowledge of clients' needs, concerns and suggestions in order to ease the implementation of program, policy and/or product changes and improvements in an effective manner.
  • Ensures client files and records are complete and stored in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Acts as a leader and partner with internal departments to further increase collaboration by fostering a team approach and working on joint projects and sharing best practices.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business administration, communication or finance.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience preferably at a financial institution. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of securitization and the mortgage industry.
  • Bilingualism (French and English)

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:


•    Experience in client relations, economics or finance environment.
