Salary: Our salaries generally range from $ 70354.2 to $ 87942.74 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role
Join the Financial Institution’ team as a Senior Analyst, Operational Policies and Program. In this role, you will monitor, analyze, report on metrics, refine operational processes, and develop communication strategies and products. You will work with internal stakeholders and divisional peers to improve operational efficiency and optimize business information for decision-making and awareness. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information to inform the division, determining key areas for action.  
  • Monitor the internal and external operating environment for trends to guide research and analysis for the division. 
  • Analyze specific issues, lead projects, and perform both standard and complex analyses. 
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance information flow and operational efficiency. 
  • Develop communication products and materials, including however not limited to, preparation of reports, briefing materials, and presentations, that aid senior level decision-making and highlight divisional initiatives and performance.   
  • Aggregate data to evaluate impacts and aid project and partnership development, participating in divisional and cross-functional projects as needed. 

 

What you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field. 
  • At least three years’ experience in data/reporting within housing, finance, or insurance. 
  • Proficient in strategic analysis, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking. 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to senior management. 
  • Skilled in relationship-building and cross-team collaboration. 
  • Adaptable to evolving situations with goal-oriented progress. 
  • A proven track record in business optimization. 
  • Familiar with analytical tools and Microsoft Suite. 

 

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience in communications and marketing.
