About the role

We are currently hiring 3 full-time Student Interns for a 4-month Summer internship from May to August 2025. Here are the following teams that are hiring:

Office of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Multi Unit Borrower Financial Assessment

Procedures – Homeowner Operations
Here’s an example of how you’ll make an impact
- Execute maintenance activities with respect to data and data-quality, relevant to financial reporting.

Contribute to the delivery of projects, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.

Track progress against budgets within established finance systems and report variances to colleagues that are more senior.

Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.

Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of reports, databases and other departmental systems to support team deliverables.

Gather, analyze and evaluate financial information for assigned financial analysis. Provide financial reporting support in preparing reports, presentations, etc. Work on special projects as required.
What you need to succeed:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a College or University degree in a related discipline such as accounting, finance, or business administration.

Previous experience in finance or banking, and knowledge of relevant financial, legislative and regulatory environments. Experience can be acquired through the studies, work experience or volunteer activities.

Ability to function in a sophisticated technological environment using tools such as spreadsheets, and applications as well as consolidation and reporting tools such as MS Excel and PowerBI.

Strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
Nice to have:
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not required.

Pursuing a CPA is considered an asset.

Pursuing a Masters degree in program such as accounting, finance, or business administration is considered an asset.

Experience working with PowerBI.
