About the role

We are currently hiring 1 full-time Student Interns for a 4-month Summer internship from May to August 2025. This Intern will report to the Office of the SVP, Business Transformation team.
Here’s an example of how you’ll make an impact

Assist with the design, development and delivery of process improvement project activities, working sessions, and deliverables, including the documentation of requirements.

Assist with the progress of process-related teamwork, planning, working sessions and communications activities.

Assist with the design of new processes, including process documentation and deliverable development.

Assist with project tracking, reporting and documentation of process improvements.

Analyze current process standards and metrics to assist team members finding solutions for improvements.

Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending.
What you need to succeed:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a University degree in a related discipline such as organizational behavior, project management, business administration, public administration, engineering or a related field.

Previous experience in project coordination and knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies and frameworks. Experience can be acquired through the studies, work experience or volunteer activities.

Strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
Nice to have:

Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not required.

Pursuing Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) is considered an asset.
