As part of the new Technology Solutions division, you will be joining the team in charge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices, where the next generations of software applications are being developed to enable CMHC to achieve its mission. As a Dynamics CRM developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization and implementation of solutions. You will act as a point of contact for all stakeholders, which will include analyzing and meeting the needs of CMHC’s internal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with the client community to determine their system needs. Documents the current and proposed business processes. Advises clients of the proposed solutions and their impacts.
- Designs and implements Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions.
- Designs and customizes plugins to add new features to the basic platform.
- Creates/configures Microsoft Dynamics CRM forms, entities, fields, workflows, business process flows.
- Develops integrations with other CMHC systems, such as the ERP system (Microsoft D365 Finance), to ensure data consistency.
- Implements security features to protect data and ensure compliance.
- Authors or updates technical specification documents for new or existing solutions.
- Participates in ongoing application maintenance support for existing client solutions.
- Creates custom reports to help users analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Completes application development projects for SDLC implementation into production.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications.
- Expertise in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Expertise with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
- Project experience with end-to-end solution implementation, including planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, DevOps.
- Strong interpersonal and business competencies, including teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including an ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
Technologies:
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
- Develop code using Visual Studio, .Net Development (C#), JavaScript, SQL to customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
- Web front end development HTML, CSS.
- Source code management and DevOps with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure is preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse etc.).
