About the role
Join the Design and Development team, in the Bilingual specialist, training position. You will be involved in creating tailored learning solutions that can be deployed to increase capacity and meet organizational goals. This includes support of training frameworks, and implementation of training materials and programs for internal staff and external clients, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and performance standards.
This is a temporary position of a duration of 24 months.
What you’ll do:
- Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs and materials for internal staff and external clients across multiple role levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, best practices, and methodologies that support client relationship management.
- Define critical skill gaps and consult with stakeholders to create targeted learning resources and development plans.
- Promote training programs through marketing tools and communications, while supporting consistent coaching practices.
What you should have:
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, communications, a certificate in training and development professionals or related experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in learning, development, training, or adult education, including e-learning and facilitation.
- Proven ability working with diverse learning frameworks using adult learning principles and a variety of technologies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills to support business objectives and problem-solving.
- In-depth knowledge of supported program areas.
- Excellent relationship management, with a track record of building collaborative partnerships.
- Bilingualism (English/French) required.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience leading national or enterprise-wide learning initiatives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles and how they intersect with training and adoption strategies.
- Certification in instructional design, adult education, project management (PMP) or coaching (e.g., CPLP, CTDP, ICF) is considered a strong asset.
