Join the Planning and Oversight Professional Services team in the Client Operations sector. Your strong problem-solving, critical thinking and subject-matter expertise will enable sector strategy development, strategy execution, integrated planning, and performance measurement, in support of enterprise-wide strategy and its objectives. 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Provides expert input to the annual performance measures of various resources that support the deployment of specific strategies and plans.
  • Develops and maintains a measurement structure for reporting of business plans to senior management.
  • Manages business reporting and monitoring while reviewing and maintaining data integrity for senior management.
  • Develops and maintains an overview of the dashboard for concise reporting.
  • Carries out a range of activities to develop an in-depth and ongoing understanding of critical business requirements.
  • Provides priority and focus to critical clients to ensure that relationships are strengthened and enhanced.
  • Builds alliances and maintains relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
 

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as finance, business or economics.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in client relations and/or assisted housing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the dashboard, metrics, analysis, operating environment, trends, business.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to undertake and complete multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Advanced analytical ability and the ability to model and assess risks.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interpret and present complex information in a succinct way.
  • Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with peers, internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to assess different business risks. Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
