Join the Client Solution Team where our partners view CMHC as the catalyst for solving housing affordability challenges. As a key member of the Client Development and Government Relations team, you will support the planning, execution, measurement and alignment of our activities across multiple divisional teams and with the broader company. 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Assessing the organization’s goals, strategic alignment, client needs, and market trends and recommending initiatives and tactics to align the division’s delivery and maximize outcomes.  
  • Coordinating the development of divisional strategies and plans and integrating with the sector and company-wide planning and prioritization processes.  
  • Coordinating internal communications activities, joint meetings and tracking of deliverables. 
  • Identifying, recommending and actioning efficiency gaps and monitors progress. 
  • Developing, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, targets and results and ensuring that regular reports are provided on operational performance. 
  • Working with other functional areas to align our goals, execution and measurement of initiatives and their impact. 
  • Influencing the development, integration and monitoring of third party, association and client relationship activities and plans in collaboration with the Director and management team. 

 
 Minimum Qualifications:
 

  • A commitment to demonstrating CMHC values.  
  • Bachelor`s Degree ideally in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics, and a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 
  • Experience in the development and delivery of housing programs. 
  • Experience working within a program and/or policy context. 
  • Knowledge of housing issues and the social, economic and political trends that affect the affordability and quality of housing stock. 
  • Strong planning, research, analytical and project management skills. 
  • Superior written and verbal skills; including negotiation, influence and presentation.
