About the role
Join our Business Transformation Office to lead transformative, technology-enabled initiatives that drive CMHC's long-term success. As a Bilingual Senior Specialist in Change Management, you will play a crucial role in advancing our Cyber Security and Technology Program, a key corporate priority. You will own the development and execution of the Change Management strategy and plan for each stream of the Program that will involve creating awareness, building knowledge and driving adoption of new behaviors/processes.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead the implementation of change management strategies and plans for the Cyber Security and Technology Program, in close collaboration with the Program Manager, Sponsor and project leads.
- Apply change management best practices and methodologies, including change readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses.
- Collaborate with teams to support communications and training plans.
- Monitor and report on change adoption, providing recommendations to manage resistance.
- Advise project leaders on change management to mitigate risks and support decision-making.
- Build connections across teams to anticipate change needs and influence early planning.
- Advance change management capabilities within the organization.
What you should have:
- An undergraduate degree in business, communications, human resources, political science, or another related field.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in change management, communications, and/or stakeholder engagement in project-oriented environments.
- An advanced knowledge of change management discipline, and a change management certification (ADKAR preferred).
- Strong experience leading and delivering projects/initiatives, including developing work plans, tracking and reporting on progress, and assessing risks.
- Experience in cyber-security and technology is considered a strong asset.
- Advanced facilitation, communication, and influence skills.
- Bilingualism. (English and French).
