About the role    

We are hiring full-time summer interns beginning in May through August 2026. Our internship program is designed to help you grow, with access to training resources, interesting projects, and networking sessions that support your development and help you discover your full potential.   

 

The Real Estate Appraisal Services team is seeking a motivated student to support key activities related to property research and appraisal. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate analysis and administrative support within a dynamic environment. 

 

Here’s an example of how you’ll make an impact  

  • Conduct research on specific housing situations and trends in relation to real estate sales. 

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records. 

  • Gather, analyze and evaluate information relate to ongoing projects. 

  • Provide support in preparing summaries, reports, presentations, etc.  

  • Work on special projects as required.     

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required. 

 

    

 What you need to succeed:     

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a post-secondary program in a related discipline such as Building Estimation and Evaluation, Real Estate AppraisalBuilding Science, business administration, or related field.   

  • Experience researching and analysing information related to real estate, building estimates, housing, etc.  

  • Experience can be acquired through studies, work experience or volunteer activities.       

  • Strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational and planning skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.    

    

Nice to have:    

  •  Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
