About the role

Join the Infrastructure and Operations team in the Senior Business Systems Analyst position. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and operational support of enterprise platforms including enabling effective end-user support by performing advanced systems analysis, solution design, and data integration activities.
You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are stable, performant, and aligned with enterprise standards. This role focuses on operational enablement, data integrity, and continuous improvement to support reliable service delivery across the organization.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Perform business systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements by consulting with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Configure, support, and enhance enterprise business systems and services (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365/Power Platform), ensuring stable day-to-day operations for end users.
  • Analyze, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and usability for reporting and decision-making.
  • Support system enhancements, automation, and process re engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Provide technical and functional advisory support to internal users, analysts, and stakeholders on system capabilities and usage.
  • Partner with end-user support / service desk teams to support incident triage, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and clear escalation paths (e.g., through the enterprise ITSM tool).
  • Ensure data quality, system integrity, and quality assurance through validation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and contribute to multiple concurrent initiatives or projects, coordinating priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Support operational readiness activities (e.g., user communications, basic training/enablement, onboarding/offboarding impacts, and documentation) to improve adoption and first-contact resolution.

 


What you should have:

 

  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a related field.  An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, systems design, or application support.
  • Experience using structured analysis, design, and programming techniques to deliver business system solutions.
  • Exposure to end-user / operational support practices (incident triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation) using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and common user connectivity concepts (e.g., VPN).
  • Strong understanding of information systems practices, tools, and methodologies, including system configuration and enhancement.
  • Working knowledge of data structures, including databases, data warehousing concepts, and data governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
