Join the Finance Team, where we use financial insight to improve housing affordability. As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team and in collaboration with internal and Treasury Board Secretariat/Central Agencies stakeholders, you will be a key contributor to the corporate planning, reporting and forecasting processes. 




  • Supporting the FP&A lead in developing the corporate plan and generating reporting on the performance of our business.
  • Interpreting and challenging financial and non-financial information to communicate key information that serves a variety of audiences.
  • Supporting governance committees with reporting and presentations
  • Acting as key contact for Central Agencies and managing the Treasury Board Submission process.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance and accounting. A CPA designation is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent finance experience.
  • Experience preparing Corporate Plans and Annual Reports.
  • Solid oral and written communication in both official languages (English and French)
  • Ability to analyze information, interpret risks and communicate the key messages to a variety of audiences
  • Strong financial planning/budgeting and forecasting experience 
  • Experience working with Treasury Board Secretariat would be considered an asset.
