Salary: Our salaries generally range from $ 81410.14 to $ 101762.68 and are based on qualifications and experience.

Join the Business Transformation sector in the role of Specialist, Business Planning and Reporting. Your strong problem-solving, critical thinking and business analysis skills will support clients across the corporation understand and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations (business diagnostic) and set standards for business documentation. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides expert input on business performance to support the deployment of specific strategies and plans.
  • Obtains input from internal stakeholders and clients on issues and opportunities related to policies, products, services and/or systems.
  • Develops and maintains an overview of dashboards for concise reporting.
  • Carries out a range of activities to develop an in-depth and ongoing understanding of critical business requirements.
  • Provides priority and focus to critical clients to ensure that relationships are strengthened and enhanced.
  • Builds alliances and maintains relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Carries out support functions with the objective of materially improving business unit productivity levels as well as the customer and employee experience.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Business Administration and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the dashboard, metrics, analysis, operating environment, trends, business.
  • Advanced ability to gather and analyze information, synthesize key elements, and summarize with recommendations.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan for and complete multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation, influencing, mentoring, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with peers, internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to assess different business risks and manage change.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification (Yellow Belt or above) or any other professional designation(s) in a related field. 
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • PowerBi and SharePoint experience.
