About the role
Join the Survey Design and Data Collection team as a Senior Administrator, Surveys. You will administer day-to-day survey functions, including data quality, research, verification of survey data reliability, data collection and other survey-related tasks. You will assist HR in hiring enumerators along with providing training for the team as needed. The incumbent will help us make housing affordable for everyone in Canada.
What you'll do:
- Lead the logistics of enumerators and data entry necessary for the conduct of surveys.
- Implement processes to ensure the quality, reliability and timeliness of data produced through CMHC surveys.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives that relate to survey design and analytics, proposes recommendations, contributes to project planning and operations.
- Play a key role in the development and delivery of training materials.
- Play an important role in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (survey respondents).
- Collaborate to ensure effective, negotiated and flexible allocation of human resources to meet shifting work volumes and to ensure our ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Play a supporting role in the development (designing/planning) of new surveys and in the execution of surveys and survey-related projects.
- Supervise internal and external surveys staff on daily operational requirements.
What you should have:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other field where survey related methodologies are used or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in survey coordinator and administrative support in survey and data collection environment.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with survey methods and processes.
- Sound knowledge of data quality control analysis and data management practices.
- Flexible availability during high volume time periods (April through July inclusively), rotating evening and weekend schedules to cover business needs as required.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with Microsoft D365 (CRM).
- Bilingualism (English and French).
