Bilingual Assistant, Business Support (Position can be located anywhere in Canada)

Join the Client Operations Team, where we make housing affordability solutions easy. You will support the Insurance Servicing team in their functions and conduct general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.


Please note that the location of this role is open to the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax.


• Supports the activities of the Insurance Servicing team responsible for the delivery and administration of its services and related business activities.
• Coordinates processing, administrative and other business functions.
• Prepares and manages documentation to maintain efficient running of programs and/or business activities, such as reports, letters to clients and business agreements.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and/or provide information to support underwriting and ad hoc projects.
• Manages reports as assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinates the collection of data for the production of status reports and other reports as needed by management.
• Validates and ensures accuracy of data inputted into system and performs data entry as required.
• Processes financial transactions including processing remittances, journal vouchers or corrections to clear items, correct errors and claim adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications
• A High School diploma. Post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and take initiative.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English).
• Attention to detail.
