Senior Analyst, Process Design and Optimization (Canada)

Join the Client Operations Team, where  we make delivering housing affordability solutions easy. The Senior Analyst, Process Design and Optimization examines business processes in an effort to reduce process complexity and variability, while improving operational excellence. In your role, you support business process improvement projects, while ensuring they meet objectives and improve the client experience.

This is a temporary position of a duration of 12 months. 




  • Supports business lines and functions by identifying, analyzing, structuring, prioritizing, sequencing and capturing significant business process redesign and improvement opportunities.
  • Carries out support functions with the objective of materially improving business unit productivity levels as well as the customer and employee experience.
  • Applies Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools to support process improvement projects or initiatives.
  • Supports the creation of deliverables for each of the five phases in the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process improvement cycle: design, measure, analyze, improve and control.
  • Assists with the design, development and delivery of process improvement related training programs, including the documentation of requirements.
  • Identifies and articulates process inefficiencies and provides advice and recommendations in the form of reusable solutions.
  • Develops and maintains strong internal working relationships with project team members within business lines to facilitate support for process change activities.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, sciences, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt 
  • ADKAR change management certification and/or PMP would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in process design and optimization.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and frameworks, specifically Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Ability to document and analyze business processes and workflows using Microsoft Visio.
  • Solid interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, and using good judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting several concurrent projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with management to influence decision-making and persuade others to take courses of action.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting research and analysis, synthesizing and presenting information.
  • Experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
